| ADDITIONAL DRIVERS |
| Additional Drivers Minimum Age for Additional Drivers: 21. Must have valid drivers license and full coverage insurance. Additional Driver fee may apply. Professional Chauffeurs. | AGE |
| Age Requirements. Minimum Age: 21 All drivers must have a valid drivers license and full coverage insurance. Drivers under the age of 25 are subject to an underage fee. |
| CANCELLATION |
| Cancellation Policy. We require a minimum of one week (7 days) cancellation notice: one week (7 days) or more cancellation notices are at NO CHARGE. Less than one week (7 days) cancellation notices are subject to FULL RENTAL PERIOD charge plus all applicable taxes. |
| DRIVERS LICENSE |
| Drivers License. All drivers must present a valid drivers license and credit/debit/check card in their own name. International Drivers. International drivers are welcome! We accept foreign drivers license for many countries, and of course all international licenses are accepted. Drivers with foreign licenses must present your passport along with your drivers license. |
| EQUIPMENT |
| Special Equipment. Child safety seats are available for those who will be traveling to town with young children. We also offer complimentary cellular phones (not including minutes) |
| GAS |
| Refueling Charge. You will be provided with a full tank of gas at the time of your rental. We ask that you return the vehicle with the same gasoline level. The fuel level amount will be printed on your rental contract. If you return it with less gasoline, we will charge you $6.99/gal used. (Rate is subject to change based on current gas price) |

| Driving Area Restrictions. Vehicles are not allowed across the Mexico border. |
| HOLIDAY |
| Holiday Hours. Location hours may vary. Please give us a call if you will be arriving on a holiday to discuss our locations hours of operation. |
| HONOR RESERVATIONS |
| 2nd Choice Vehicle. Although, we will try our very best to provide you with the vehicle of your choice. We ask for you to choose an alternative vehicle in the event your first choice becomes unavailable. Unfortunately, we have no control over vehicles not being returned by customers on time or if the vehicle is returned with physical or mechanical damage. |
| INSURANCE |
| Insurance. Full coverage insurance is required on all our vehicles and must be verified prior to rental. |
| OVERSTAY |
| Late Charge. We do offer a 1-hour grace period. If you exceed the 24 hour period by more than 1 hour, a per hour late charge will apply to each hour late. Maximum 2 hours permited, after the 2nd hour an additional full day rate will be applied. |
| PAYMENT |
| Deposit Requirements. Our authorization deposit amount will vary depending on the type and value of the vehicle. Exotic and high-end luxury vehicles will require larger authorization amount. The following are accepted for deposit: VISA/Master Card, AMEX, Discover, Diners Club, Cash, credit/debit/check card. Payment Methods. | PICKUP/DROP |

VIP Pick-Up Service. "JFK AUTO RENTAL" provides curbside pick-up service at the baggage claim. We will then assist you with your luggage and escort you to your awaiting vehicle to complete your rental agreement. Please contact the renting LOCATION to coordinate this service. If you have placed a reservation online you may contact our reservation center and provide your online booking reference number. If you already have a reservation receipt with a confirmed pick-up location and time, you may contact the renting location or reservation agent to confirm pickup. For VIP Pick-Up Service rates. | RULES |
| Rental Requirements. All drivers must present a valid drivers license and credit/debit/check card in their own name. Drivers must have a safe driving record and may be subject to a Department of Motor Vehicle check. Full coverage insurance is required on all our vehicles and must be verified prior to rental. Rental Rates. All rental rates are based on a 24-hour period. Our vehicles are not available on an hourly rate. Driving Rules and Regulations in New York. New York state law requires that when you are traveling in a motor vehicle, the driver and all passengers must wear their seat belts at all times. Children weighing less than 50 pounds must be secured in a child safety seat. Driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs is a serious offense in New York. A person is considered legally drunk when his or her blood alcohol level reaches .07%. It is illegal for anyone less than 21 years old to consume alcohol in any quantity at any time in New York. Smoking is not permitted in restaurants, bars, theaters, auditoriums and most public buildings. In New York, parking meters and painted curbs are in operation and are closely monitored 24 hours a day by the authorities. Citations and fines are expensive to avoid them, be sure to read all parking signs carefully before parking your vehicle. Non-Smoking Policy. New York encourages a smoke free environment when inside of any of our meticulously detailed vehicles. If a client chooses to smoke the rental agreement will be assessed a cleaning fee determined by the renting location. |
